Indian Craft Cola is a direct to consumer brand. Each order is packed and shipped specifically for you, which means delivery timelines may be slightly longer than large marketplace standards.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one to two working days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes three to four working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Because we are a small, independent brand, shipping costs are higher than mass scale operations. To keep things fair, we charge only a portion of the shipping fee and absorb the remaining cost ourselves.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.
